2CCo. llc is looking for a passionate and intuitive Chattanooga-based Social Media Marketing Intern who will work under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist with conceptualizing, designing, and implementing creative graphics for all social platforms. They will also work collaboratively with Sales Coordinator to observe avenues and tactics for accruing potential leads for the sales team. Full & Part Time Position:
Administrative & Account Associate 

2C Co. llc is seeking Administrative & Customer Specialist. This job is located Downtown Chattanooga, TN. The primary purpose of a Administrative & Customer Specialist is to field phone calls from our customers. The Administrative & Customer Specialist is required to offer World Class Customer Service in a fast paced environment. The Administrative & Customer Specialist offers advice to our customer regarding our product lines and enter orders from customers. They are also required to help customers with any order issues that may arise. 

Qualifications:

 ​

  • High School Diploma Required

  • Must have excellent oral speaking skills (English)

  • Ability to Read and Write English

  • 1 Year of Previous Customer Service Experience

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus but not required

  • Must possess Intermediate Computer Skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be willing to complete a background check

  • Must be able to sit at a desk and talk on the phone for long periods of time

Essential Functions

  • Accept incoming communication from customers primarily via phone 

  • Accept incoming communication from customers occasionally through email or live chat

  • Make outbound calls and emails to assist our customers

  • Enter orders for customer while keeping customer’s information confidential

  • Offer product advice about items on our entire internet catalog

  • Provide World Class Customer Service Under Pressure

  • Generate return authorizations for customers

Compensation:

 

  • Hourly Range - $15hr - $18hr (Non-Exempt)

Full & Part Time position:
Warehouse Fulfillment Associate 

2C Co. llc is seeking an eCommerce Warehouse Fulfillment Associate also known as a Warehouse Assistant . This job is located Downtown Chattanooga, TN.  A Warehouse Assistant is responsible for gathering customers’ orders in our warehouse. A Warehouse Assistant also is responsible for packing and shipping customers’ orders to their desired address. A Warehouse Assistant reports directly to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and all Warehouse Supervisors.

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma

  • Ability to read and write English proficiently

  • Basic PC knowledge required 

  • Ability to follow directions and work independently

  • High Attention to Detail

  • Experience using handheld scanners a plus

  • Ability to do physical tasks of the warehouse, such as lifting 30 pounds, reaching, walking, stooping, standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, carrying heavy packages, without difficulty

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Essential Functions:

  • Picking Orders accurately and quickly in our warehouse using scanning technology

  • Packing Orders properly to ensure the proper delivery to our customers

  • Printing Packing Labels and shipping customers’ orders via their selected method

  • Maintaining Inventory in the Warehouse

  • Assisting with the transportation of inventory between assigned locations

  • Organizing and transporting outbound packages for pickup

  • Keeping the warehouse areas clean and orderly

  • Processing shipments using our shipping software applications

Compensation:

 

  • Entry Level Hourly - $14hr (Non-Exempt)

  • Eligible for Paid Time Off Benefits after 3 months of full time work
